What are Virtual Phone Agents?
Phone Support Worldwide consists solely of virtual agents. These virtual agents can work remotely from home or wherever they have set up there own Internet / phone line. Virtual agents are not employee's of Phone Support Worldwide, they are fully self employed and have the facility to contract their own employees through their Virtual Service Provider company. They also have the ability to choose which companies they wish to offer their services to and what hours they wish to work. Best of all they can work from anywhere in the world without the need to commute!

Phone Support Worldwide – Also known as PSW, offers Web Hosting Customer Services to medium and small companies. This opportunity is being offered to a limited number of candidates, and taking part in this opportunity will open doors for your Virtual Service Provider (Company) to further development in the future with PSW. Web Hosting Customer Services is offered to a multitude of different Web Hosting corporations, from web hosts to dedicated server providers. Due to massive demand and interest for this service, we are in need for extra virtual agents to support the anticipated number of calls we will receive.
The general calls a virtual phone agent will receive will include new customer services, sales, billing, and basic level 1 technical support. Tuition will be provided on how to deal with the variety of calls via our eLearning Pages and direct with a PSW Tutor in a live online class environment. You will be dealing with a vast amount of different companies, however you will be provided with all the information you require, including pointers should you forget anything, on each phone call.
What are the requirements for this opportunity?
Basic Knowledge on WebHosting - Technical Skills a bonus but not required.
A broadband connection of 2mb or over download and 500kb upload.
A Computer VoIP or standard headset with crystal clear microphone.
Excellent verbal communication skills (Good clarity & diction)
Good keyboard typing skills.
Good listening skills.
Confident and enthusiastic telephone persona.
Committed and Reliable.

Average Talk: Time requirement: 210 seconds (3.5 minutes) including ACW work.
Service Hours: This opportunity will be by booking 30 minute slots 24 hours a day Monday to Sunday.
Commitment: This opportunity will require a minimum of 5 hours per fortnight.
Location: This opportunity has no restriction on your location.
