[For Hire] Sys Admin/Tech Support / With References / 8+ years experience.
Currently I am seeking full time or part time employment with a reputable hosting company, I am based in the UK and would prefer a remote position if possible. I have just over 8 years in the hosting industry and have worked with a variety of systems but specialises in cPanel/WHM configured servers.
Over the last few years I have had the pleasure to work for some great companies, which has helped me to build and improve my skills and although I have a pretty broad skill set I am always learning. One of the best things to come out my experience is the customer service skills I have today, I always try to do the best for the customer and will often go above and beyond to assist them, it’s important to me that they feel that I have gone the extra mile for them and that may just include checking the spelling, putting their name in a ticket or providing a full and clear explanation of the resolution t the reported issue.
I can provide full references to any potential employer and CV will be provided.
