Your title seems quite irrelevant with the topic, you want USA Xen VPS with unmetered bandwidth? As in 100Mbps unmetered or so long it's unmetered?

A couple of things would be helpful for people to know:
How much disk space and RAM do you want?
What is your budget?

That is pretty modest. You should be able to find a good host in the offers section.

You need unmetered bandwidth with 128mb ram? If you stick to what you actually use and need you'd have a much better chance of finding something more reliable.
On another note, have you tried contacting santrex to find out what's going on?
