    JIXHOST

    Not a very good start from the begining. I have sent 2 emails about their master reseller gold account to jixhost.com and both have gone unanswered. This worries me greatly as what is their service if once I am hosted by them and I have problems, will they answer any tickets? I have heard great feedback for them from WHT, but so far have got no service from them. does anyone know what is going on with them. I also tried sending an email thru their website, but this does not work as well.

    Then maybe this is a sign to move on? You could just go with a VPS where you get root access, far better than any master reseller with a lot more control and security.

    He came on our chat and immediately started to bash us and threaten to start posting negative publicity. It looks to be revenge from my thread <<removed>>

    It would be nice if you could show us some proof of the emails you claimed to send. What part of the website can you send emails through?

    incredible

    I came thru the same as the last person that complained of see the post 904743
    and as far as me going on your chat, that is not even true. but anyway you have just shown me you are not a hosting company for me, by your remarks and attacking me on WHT instead of fixing the problem for a future customer. I am going else where, for better and much more honest service.

    In your first post you say "I have heard great feedback for them from WHT" and now you say bad. ok.

    It sounds as you are invoved with WHT, but today, your very first post is one to claim you send emails to us from our website. Can you please show us where on our website you can send emails to us? I was not aware that we had that option available. Also, had you sent emails expressing interest in our package we would have all the motive to answer. It would be more believeable had you claimed we ignored your service request but you would have to prove you had hosted with us, which you have not along with not sending us emails from our website.

    I have been following the thread about mainstreamnetworks.net ripping your website, and BAM! a day after lets go bash JixHost. 1st post and all about JixHost. And there isnt a place or form on their website where you could contact them through. He is thinking of WHMCS support ticket, but you have to register to send a tickets.

    The OP is lying.

    Curious about Jixhost
    In thinking about Jixhost for a reseller account I knew to check here first. I really couldn't find much in a search from anyone that is a long time member of WHT, just newbie comments and I can't help but be suspicious of those.

    So are there any current clients that can say anything? I tried their live support and no one was home, tried their contact form and it doesn't work.

    I only heard of them this week on these forums in a discuss. If their contact forms dont work, i can only assume their updating their site or a new host not fully setup yet.

    What was it that you liked about this host? I am sure other providers can offer you similar or more.

    strange how you say you didnt have a email form on your web site but the above post states you did have one up until today when you changed it.
    no wonder I have gone elsewhere, doing business with your company, is a total joke.

    The module was removed that day, 1 week ago. Just today you are posting your bogus claim that we dont respond to sales requests?     The email widget was removed a week ago, not the chat. He said "emailed from our site" One can no longer email from our site since last week.

    You're still assuming he *just* emailed instead of prior to the "widget" being removed. Isn't it possible he tried, waited, and posted today because he didn't receive a response?

    1. OP could not show proof requested of sent emails.
    2. 5 of his 5 posts are bashing jixhost.
    3. Has no longer posted, and I'm willing to bet you that he will never post again. Then again, after seeing this he probably will.
    4. Timing is suspicious considering the above as well.
