Maybe you can do some pooling of bandwidth. Do you need mainly US, EU or Asia bandwidth?

Still you got a good deal if you really get 1 gbps dedicated unmetered with that high end servers. (~ 2000 euro / month) but it can certainly be done (a bit) cheaper.

$3/Megabit plus 7 very high end servers included. You won't really find much better than that.

Its a great deal. You might be able to save ~ 350 euro / server per month (2450 euro total about $3500) switching to another provider, but would it be worth the trouble, work and such?

If you are happy with your current provider, stick with them. Unless you really need the additional savings.

Thats a nice deal, he pays 2011 euro for 7 servers + 1 gbit and you can give him a 350 euro discount per server. Where can i order? I receive 7 servers, 1 gbit traffic and 439 euro per month from you?

Maybe you must try to read the topic. TS has 5 gbps traffic with 7 servers. So he pays $15000 per month for 5 gbps + 7 servers. Or he buys servers with each 1 gbps flat for $3k each. Also i did not offer him anything, looking around i noticed he can get that deal only slightly cheaper, so if i was TS i would not bother to move, unless he is not satisfied with his provider *or* really need the saving.

With those beast-servers into account, I wonder that any new provider would charge you a setup fee for purchasing them.

    And what does this mean:

    I have 5Gbps (peak). Now I buy bandwidth 1Gbps = $3000
As far as i see he buys 1 gbit traffic and peaks up to 5. The servers are free and each connected at 1 gbit but that doesnt say anything about the total traffic.

Offcourse you didnt say "we can offer" but give me a link where you see these servers online? We all know what you mean .

You make an assumption but you are mistaken.

I know and understand this, but this Santema fellow assumed you only pay 1 gbps for $3000,- a month and get 7 of those servers for free. Ofcourse using common logic would have told him that such a deal is not possible. I am not sure how he could have misunderstood you in such a way.

4 gbit was never mentioned before, only 5 gbit peaks and that he pays 3000 usd for 1 gbit . Its pretty easy, TS did not tell anything about his usage.

You have a very good deal there, I don't see anyone going cheaper without a long term contract due to the capital outlay for those servers.

$3/Mbps is already very cheap. I have heard rumors of some tier 2 providers selling as low as $2/Mbps, but that will of course be without servers included, and requires an actual commit, rather than just pure 95th percentile billing.

The existing deal is about as good as can be expected. If you're happy with that, stay. Are you primarily looking for a better deal, or looking to find a better provider? If it is just price and you're happy otherwise, it isn't worth it.
