Hi Black_Angel, there is no hard limit on CPU/memory usage with regards to serving your website. If you wish to perform any kind of batch processing (e.g. video conversion using ffmpeg) we just ask that you do this via the shell service rather than the web servers. Dedicated IP is available with an SSL certificate. If you provide the certificate, we will install and provide the dedicated IP for £25 per year. If we provide the certificate, the cost is £50 per year.

When you purchase a reseller package, customers beneath your account receive an unbranded control panel. All services (e.g. webmail, control panel access etc) are also provided on generic (non Tsohost) domain names.
