Hi, is it possible to buy a 1u server from you guys then colocate?
Also its unlimited incoming BW + 10TB outgoing bandwidth correct? I was wondering how much it would cost for 15TB and 20TB outgoing bandwidth. I remember you guys had a promo of 100mbit unmetered a few month back
you can't have adult site with them. i would never deal with them again, they used switcthbait tactic on me. i shipped my server to them $45 for a few months, they promised to give 20ips but i have 1, that is it. i never get answer from their additional ip request form, never. after a few months and too many problems with them, i have asked them to ship my server back, which is addtional $50. wasted money and time here. only two people are running this whole datacenter, Francisco and edward, perhape just one person. if you use too much bandwidths they will find ways to terminate you. again, waste money and time here, dont deal with them.
After looking into your account, we did notice that your IPs had been assigned properly and in a normal period of time (ticket #ROX-579256). We've realized that we've also given you a generous amount of support for free for issues with WEBMIN and other things, something you did forget to mention in your post. As for the claim of using too much bandwidth, our ports are scripted to shutoff at the plans 5,000GB limit. You had purchased the plan off our site without any mention of our coupon for a free 100Mbps upgrade. Thus, we had given you the default 5,000GB. Once you had brought it to our attention, we turned your server port back on and fixed your billing to reflect the 100Mbps upgrade. Also, please check our AUP at http://directspace.net/aup.htm. We do allow for adult content openly. We’ve recently changed this policy to allow for it without consent, something which you did not ask for. Thus our firewall had blocked out your system because there was no rule set in place to pass our adult filter at the time.
