I never wrote it is going to be unique.. neither in my conversations I told you that it is going to be only for you.

Designs/Websites on WHT are sold for more then $100, and I can get nothing if I sell my design for $25 and that also only to just 1 person...

It does not matter if you sell for $1 or $100 you are selling the same site disregarding the price you sold it for.

It seems you are ripping people off, You sold it to the previous person for less than what you are now selling it for:-

I spoke with the seller via IM last night and he claims he has the rights to resell his modified version..

Perhaps I will just send themeforest the $12 so I can sleep better at night rather than rip someone off.. and then modify this beyond recognition or find something else..

Pretty frustrating.. it's not like I'm out anything in triple digit figures.. but still irritating.. especially after spending several hours customizing it to meet my needs and learning how to handle the WHMCS integration down to the matching buttons...

Yes please. show us the proof. However I did not find anything binding if he simply alters the design. I was referring to this section here
