    Work from Home 0900 to 1600 GMT System Admin - Support Staff

    WiredTechs is a young and prosperous support company looking to expand their technical support team in order to excel through the market. For the past few months we've achieved 100%+ month on month growth.

    At this time we are looking for experienced technicians that are willing to start work on small salaries until our company grows. As of now, WiredTechs is growing very rapidly which is why we are here today. Please see below the various requirements and procedures we require from you.

    Requirements
    Applicants must be native English and living within the CANADA, UK, USA or Australia.
    Applicants must have exceptional typing and grammatical skills.
    Applicants must be able to provide level 3 support comfortably for all well known control panels and operating systems.
    Applicants must be able to work in a team.
    Applicants must be able to work under pressure should there be a need.
    In the event of an emergency, applicant must be able to attend if out of shift and if required.

    Salary
    $100 Base Salary + Per Ticket Commission Per Month.

    What You Will Do
    You will be required to conduct sales & support via LiveChat, Ticketing systems, Telephone calls (VoIP) and instant messaging programs, also various server management requests.

    Times Available
    9am – 4pm GMT (equivalent if not from UK e.g. 1am - 8am GMT -8 or 5pm - 12 midnight GMT +8)

    Procedures

    Hi,

    This means English is your native language and additionally you live in one of the listed countries. If you also speak other languages as we do have an international client base that would be an added bonus.
