Need someone to configure/optimize servers for video sharing site

I run a video sharing site currently in one server, willing to upgrade soon, but first I would like to talk to someone experienced/that has done this before , about how this should be done correctly and for best results.

Basically what I want done is configure the servers in a way that the files can be streamed from all servers at one time, copy the files to all servers - or come up with some other way better for this. What happens when a server is overloaded, the streaming becomes very slow, and the next server can take part of the task for the overloaded one.

Please post you offers, if experienced only.

Budget is flexible as long as it is done optimum.

2 webservers (loadbalanced)
3 or 5 servers for MySQL clustering
3 server for Wowza media server (3 for loadbalancing)
1 server for ffmpeg
1 admin server
1 development server
1 mail server
