Depends on who is interpreting the US definition of "obscene". My guess would be no. It would probably vary a bit from state to state, but I wouldn't host it.

TO the best of my knowledge they're perfectly legal, at least federally. Some states may have more restrictive laws and it is possible some specific cases may be illegal.
