Linkin Park is DEFINITELY NOT rap...Just because they sing and rhyme at fast rate of speed does not mean they are considered rap.
http://linkinpark.com/
Linkin Park is closer to Metal than Rap thats for sure...Limestone Networks - Dedicated Server Hosting

I would like to know the title of songs which are very popular among the world.
(Edit: Warning: Some links may contain vulgarity. Or maybe not - I can't understand the lyrics - the ones I could understand, I labeled.)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V-oCKYPLjSQ - DeF*ckto, Můj svět (Czech)
I recently discovered this group. I have two albums from them now. They are freaking sick!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9GdQFLunS7U - 2Faces, Game Over (Quebec)
I've been a fan of 2Faces since 2000, but I hardly know anything about them, just a few hot tracks.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lApqYkDqsxU - Molesta Ewenement, Nikt i Nic (Poland)
Molesta throws together some nice tracks. This is a newer release. For a hot older release, check out Kto jest kto? - 1999 (I think)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ogKPaMooiNU - Articolo 31, La Fidanzata (Italy)
Love the video, and the tune is kinda catchy, in its own way. D.J Jad and J. Ax...where did they go?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jPtIHRi01Lw - Oxmo Puccino, Avoir des Potes (France)
Of all the hip hop out there, I love French and Quebecois the most. I could devote a post with 100+ of my favorite tracks to this (Oxmo Puccino, Faf Larage, Saian Supa Crew, Diams, El Matador, Starflam, Sans Pression, Muzion, Arsenik, etc.). ^^ This one is one I plucked randomly from one of my playlists.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=506ThtC-GI4 - Professor Green, Before I Die (England) (parental advisory)
Trying to be the UK version of Eminem? Looks like it. But Professor Green is still pretty fun, and he's a better freestyler than his JumpOff clips make him out to be. Everyone only remembers him for two things - falling off the stage, and getting merked by Jin.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=87fHTt2bAq0 - Edan, Mic Manipulator (US) (parental advisory)
I had to throw in a little something from the US - we are part of "the world," after all, but it's something a little different and interesting. <3 Edan.
So, there you go, a little hip hop from a few select regions of the world. Enjoy!Studio1337___̴ı̴̴̡̡̡ ̡͌l̡̡̡ ̡͌l̡*̡̡ ̴̡ı̴̴̡ ̡̡͡|̲̲̲͡͡͡ ̲▫̲͡ ̲̲̲͡͡π̲̲͡͡ ̲̲͡▫̲̲͡͡ ̲|̡̡̡ ̡ ̴̡ı̴̡̡ ̡͌l̡̡̡̡.__Web Design

Linkin park is sorta rap. But its a rap-rock 'hybrid' style. Hence the album Hybrid theory. Its their older songs like "Its going down" and "Somewhere I belong" which are better.
This song is a masterpiece: http://www.esnips.com/doc/65bce101-7...f-Hysteria-air- Colin Dunn | Systems Administrator

Linkin Park are considered NuMetal and are complete garbage. Most popular rap is also garbage, like FloRida and **** like that.
If you want to listen to some good rap, listen to some old school Run DMC or Public Enemy.Cpanel/WHM • PHP • Perl • Ruby • Full Time Support

Personally, when it comes to rap, I like T.I. and Lil Wayne. We may not have the same taste though...I'm not really into Linkin Park.

Here's some songs that I show people who don't normally like rap, but they end up liking these songs.
Warning: Explicit Lyrics, obviously -- it is rap music after all!
Down Fo My Thang - Bone Thugs
Thuggish Ruggish Bone - Bone Thugs
Notorious Thugs - Bone Thugs
Crossroads - Bone Thugs
Ghost - Tupac
Hail Mary - Tupac
Ante Up - M.O.P.
Real Mothaphukkin G's - Eazy E
Still D.R.E. Dr. Dre & Snoop Dogg
The Next Episode - Dr. Dre
Snoop, Dre, and Bone Thugs have a lot of good stuff out there.

I listen to rock most of the time, but really do like rap as well.
Listened to a lot of Dre, Snoop, 2pac etc back in the day so I like the votes for them (even if I don't listen to them anymore really).
Rap I like now?
If I had to pick one of the mainstream artists right now, I would go with 50 Cent for sure. I'm not a big Jay-Z fan, but he definitely has some stuff I can get into. Eminem? No thanks (yes, I was sucked in like most a long while back, but it didn't last long).
Experimental/Underground/etc Rap is great too and what I tend to listen to mostly anymore (rap-wise).
Let's see, if you enjoy clever lyrics (and good music for that sake), check out Army of the Pharoahs (AOTP).
For that matter, check out Pharoahe Monch - he's amazing - check out his "Desire" album - Good stuffSomething witty here...
