Stopped for doing 72 in a 60

All I can is that once in awhile, there is a perk for being a public school teacher!

The State Trooper who pulled me over saw my school ID credentials, inquired about my job, and then let me go with a warning.

I was so lucky.

-mike

P.S. I did not intend to speed! I had not noticed that the speed limit had dropped from 70 to 60 a few miles back. :p

LOL. That is mean. :-p

I teach middle school Special Education.

And no, I do not often speed! I have never been pulled over in the past.

A regular Grandmother Willow talking & moving tree, eh?

Note: This is an obscure reference to the Disney movie Pocahontas that I saw as a child.

Only thing I had was when I turned left on a 5 way intersection and this blond on a cell phone zips around the turn in her SUV and slammed my New Yorker. Then she gets a tow truck when there's no damage to her car at all claiming it leaked something. Somehow my car got smashed to hell and back.

That stinks especially if you already had damage to your car. You figured that would be enough for the cop to let you go.
