    Changing default cPanel error pages?

I need to change the default cPanel account error pages. For example, default accounts have the following 404 error:
    Not Found

The requested URL * was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
So what I want to do is be able to change this page but I dont know where in the server it is located. Can anyone help?

    Thank you!

Is this for a particular cPanel account or the entire server?

Yes, it is possible, you need to make the following changes into the server's apache configuration file. Please follow this procedure

    1) Edit the apache configuration file : vi /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf
    2) Search for "ErrorDocument 404 /404.shtml"
    3) Change the last part [/404.shtml] to whatever page you want the 404 to be set to for example:
    "ErrorDocument 404"
    "ErrorDocument 404 /home/Customdir/404.html"

    4) Save the file & exit.
    5) Restart the apache service in the server [/etc/init.d/httpd restart]

On cPanel server, the default error pages are saved in /usr/local/apache/htdocs/. You can edit those file to change the contents of error pages.
