Would you like to assist in the management of the site or ladders? Are you good with people? Do you think you have something that could benefit our site? If yes then read on.
If you are interested in any of these then the Team Wars Staff is the right place for you! We are looking for new and dedicated members to become part of our staff. Now there are a couple simple requirements. One would be that you must have a valid AIM and Skype. Both are free downloads so it is not hard to get (http://www.skype.com) and (http://www.aim.com). The second would be that you must have a working headset compatible with your computer for your interview and that is basically it. Below you will find what positions are available.
Human Resources - HR is a very challenging position and must be met by a very determined person. They are responsible for all the reviewing of applications, interviewing of new potential staff members and ultimately determining whether or not that new staff member is going to be hired or not. They make sure that the staff selection is fair and unbiased.
Staff Development - SD is also a challenging position. They are responsible for the training of new staff members. They will review and train the new staff members on how to use the control panel and ultimately gives them the access to the control panel.
Vice Squad - VS handles all internal issues including corrupt staff members and external issues such as site bans and ladder bans. The decide whether or not a member deserves to be ban or not. Think of them as our very own police force.
Ladder Admins - Ladder Admins deal with tickets submitted by the users and the referees of the ladder that they are assigned too. They have the chance of being promoted to the higher ranks such as Asst. Head Admin, Head Admin, Platform Admins, Site Admins or even into one of the support positions listed above.
Ladder Referee - Ladder referees deal with all in-game issues. When a User has a problem that needs to be solved in-game, a referee would enter the game and solve the problem. They have the chance of being promoted to Asst. Head Referee, Head Referee, Admin, Asst. Head Admin, Head Admin, Platform Admin, Site Admin, or one of the support positions listed above.
Advertisement Manager - Your main job on our site is to sell ad-space and buying advertisement. All of which must be done while maintaining a positive cash flow. *MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH ADVERTISING. **Will be paid based on performance.
Forum Mod - One of the main aspects on our site is the forums. It is the social aspect where clans will communicate with each other, receive news from the staff, and learn about upcoming events. Forum mods must provide examples of past forums they have worked on.
