    Limestone Networks 19 months Review

    So I've been with LSN for 19 months and so far my experience was absolutely FANTASTIC.

    Sales:
    10/10 I've had 2 servers for the first 11 months, which I upgraded and grabbed those 10TB deals. The sales department was absolutely wonderful. Got my server within 5 hours (both times). I have both servers with Windows 2008 64bit. (1 Standard and 1 Web Edition). Limestone doesn't charge anything for a Web Edition, which is great, considering that most providers charge for ALL flavors of Windows OS.

    Network/Performance:
    10/10 - Absolutely amazing. My servers were always UP, ever since the inception. I remember about a year or so ago, someone posted here about an outage on LSN network, which I have NOT experienced. The servers are incredibly fast. I'm running a large social networking site with about 20,000 unique visits per day and it's performing incredibly well. I have 1 server for Web and 1 server for SQL Server DB.

    Billing:
    10/10 - This particular area is just another thumbs up for LSN. Twice I've asked LSN to extend my invoice day by 3-4 (had some unforseen problems) days and they gracefully agreed. This is another "thumbs up" for LSN, they go far and beyond to understand my needs.

    Support:
    11/10 - Their support is probably THE BEST out there. My tickets are replied 5-10 min on average. Simply incredible. LSN bends backwards to help their clients.

    You probably understand my view on LSN by now and I can only say that I will stay with them for years to come.

    Keep up the good work guys, are you the best in my books.

    Thanks for the review about them. I think they offer premium bandwidth for less price and stunning customer support.

    I have had problems (nothing too bad, it had more to do with something I wanted in particular) in the past.

    I decided to give Limestone a second try and must say that they have done a really good job for me so far.

    Unless it would be inappropriate, can you post a social networking site (link) so that we can see that uptime and quality of the network, please?

    I was just too tempted to comment again. Going that extra step seems to be their quality ! I messed up my server twice and the automatic OS Reload kinda got stuck. My ticket was ack in 3 mins during US nights and within 10 mins, one of the techs had already logged into the console and checked out whether it was even reloading or not. Thats the service and response I like
