    Need some quick HTML work done.

    On my site http://www.black-zero.com you will find a news box right under the welcome message on the home page.

    The images seem to be out of line and don't really match up. I'm willing to pay $15 for someone to go through and make sure everything looks good.

    Here's the HTML code and I'm guessing you'll need to download the images and css from the site.

    Code:
    <div class="news-dcc" style="display: block">
    <table width="100%" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0">
      <!--DWLayoutTable-->
      <tr>
        <td width="32" height="38" valign="top"><img src="/themes/Z3/images/stl.jpg" width="32" height="38" alt="Black Zero" title="Black Zero" /></td>
        <td width="100%" valign="top"><table class="bgst" width="100%" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0">
          <!--DWLayoutTable-->
          <tr>
            <td width="45%">&nbsp;</td>
          </tr>
          <tr>
            <td height="19" width="50%" align="left" valign="top"><span class="style3"><span size="-1"><b>$title</b></span></span></td>
                    <td height="19" align="left" valign="top">
            <div class="news-comments" align="left">
        <a href="#" onclick="prev(); return false;">&lt;&lt;</a>
        &nbsp;&nbsp;<a href="http://www.black-zero.com/News/">News</a>&nbsp;&nbsp;
        <a href="#" onclick="next(); return false;">&gt;&gt;</a>
    </div>
    <script type="text/javascript">
        if (document.all || document.getElementById)
        {
            getElementByClass("news-dcc");
            start_stop();
        }
    </script>
    </td>
          </tr>
        </table></td>
        <td width="29" valign="top"><img src="/themes/Z3/images/str.jpg" width="29" height="38" alt="Black Zero" title="Black Zero" /></td>
      </tr>

    What images are you talking about can you provide a screenshot with those areas highlighted or circled ?

    It's the box that says "Back From the Dead" in the upper hand corner. If you look closely the blue outlines don't match up and the spacing is off.

    if you mean gap between corner image and left image, probably it has incorrect height in tr/td or/and image size. table based layout always have this kind of problems. IMHO, change into tableless layout if you want pixel perfect layout

    K would you be willing to check the heights of the images and/or tables to see whats causing the problem. $15 in it if you fix it.

    PS: its not a simple HTML fix need to modify your css files too , just setting up a platform for that page alone will require some doing.

    You need to modify stylesheet, look for this code, there must be somewhere a td code that's causing spacing issues.
    td.bgsl {background: url(/themes/Z3/images/sl.jpg); }
    td.bgs2t {background: url(/themes/Z3/images/s2t.jpg); }
    td.bgs2l {background: url(/themes/Z3/images/s2l.jpg); }
    td.bgs2r {background: url(/themes/Z3/images/s2r.jpg); }
    td.bgs2b {background: url(/themes/Z3/images/s2b.jpg); }
    td.bgsr {background: url(/themes/Z3/images/sr.jpg); }
    td.bgsb {background: url(/themes/Z3/images/sb.jpg); }
    td.bgtt {background: url(/themes/Z3/images/tt.jpg); }
    td.bgtl {background: url(/themes/Z3/images/tl.jpg); }
    td.bgtr {background: url(/themes/Z3/images/tr.jpg); }
    td.bgtb {background: url(/themes/Z3/images/tb.jpg); }

    Contact me if interested to have it fixed will need ftp access to modify files directly on server instead of trying to fix it locally.

    cheers

    change your DOCTYPE declaration to transitional. Change in the beginning of your html file from
    Code:
    <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd">
    change to
    Code:
    <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">

    validator dot w3 dot org will tell you exactly what is wrong with your site and what to do to fix it. I suggest you take this into account and do what it says to fix all your issues. It is a simple tool for designers to use to correct all errors on a page. When i checked this document I found 400 erros and 55 warnings. It will cost more than 15 dollars to correct all these issues.
