I don't see why they would. What makes you say that?

I use them and never had any issues with their support. They can be slow at times, but they aren't a host or anything, so I don't expect 60 second responses. Don't use their support often though.

But the software is definitely good.

I believe they give higher priority for their direct customers. I usually get a fast response. But a couple of times, I emailed them using an email address different than the one they have on file for me, and it took more time to get back to my ticket. It might be a coincidence, I don't know.

I'll have to agree with most people here that their support responses is mostly brash/rough and sometimes takes over 5 hours to get a response from. Other than that, their product is great.

I'll have to definately agree, also. Don't get me wrong, I love WHMCS and would recommend it to anyone. However, from my experience with their support, the feeling I get is almost as if they are upset with you for opening a ticket instead of using the other methods available to try and fix your problem, like the wiki, forums, video tutorials, ect...

And yes, most of the tickets submitted could probably be fixed using these methods, no doubt. Regardless, if you want to offer outstanding customer service, you should always treat every ticket and client like it's the only one you have.

I believe they do not give outstanding customer support because they offer support to their clients, as well as their resellers' clients. Therefore, they are always overwhelmed with tickets. I am not trying to give them any excuse, but that's just how I see it
