Can you rank the "power" of these servers?
I'm not very knowledgeable about how "powerful" different combinations of CPU and RAM are for hosting general websites.
Is it possible for you to "rank" the list of servers below on a relative scale of "1 to 10"?
ie: On a scale of 1 to 10, relative to each other. So the most powerful server below would be the "10" and the least powerful server below would be the "1", with the other two in the middle...
server1 : Dual Intel(R) Xeon(TM) CPU @ 2.66GHz 512k cache / 2Gb RAM server2 : Dual Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU X3320 @ 2.50GHz 3mb cache / 2Gb RAM server3 : Dual Core AMD Opteron(tm) Processor 265 @ 1.8GHz 1mb cache / 4Gb RAM server4 : Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz 4mb cache / 4Gb RAM
(The information above was taken from the "Server Information" page of the cpanel WHM.)

Out of those
Server 2 = 10
Server 4 = 6
Server 3 = 4
Server 1 = 3
However I'm not sure your information is valid, since a Xeon X3220 is 2.4GHz
A system can be tuned to use RAM to avoid disk IO. See 'CacheEnable mem /' in Apache, 'ENGINE=MEMORY' in MySQL.

Server 4 has more processing power than server 3.
Server 2 has more processing power than server 1.
So the order is 4,3,2,1.
