Atlanta, GA - 56 Marietta remote hands

We operate a small point of presence in Atlanta, GA out of the 56 Marietta building. Its a network POP for us, with a few small customers there.

We're interested in finding a company or individual who we can contact to handle remote hands services such as hard drive installs, racking servers, attaching KVMs, nothing major.

Right now we work with TelX. Needless to say, they are extremely overpriced, and under qualified to do the job.

Any recommendations on where we should go would be appreciated.

Yea you definitely don't want to be direct with Telx for what you're doing. Ryan/Gary should do well to help you out.

Do you have any requirement for the network connections, like peering, Internet providers? I mean, can you switch from the current providers to the new ones or you don't care and need just a colo with (free or cheap) remote hands?

We're not looking to move the services (space, bandwidth, etc) that we currently have in place, we're happy with those. Just looking for someone to contract the remote hands to so we can avoid using TelX.
