Support Technician Required

We are seeking 3 Support Technicians for providing technical support to our client base. As a Support Technician, you should have minimum 3 years of experience in web hosting industry and an expert in the following areas:
Experience with cPanel and providing technical support to people using it. All skill levels.
Experience with cPanel and all its subsystems (Apache, BIND, MySQL, PHP, Exim, Courier, etc.)
Experience with broad set of webhosting issues
Comfortable with Linux and FreeBSD, working in shell and by web interface
Comfortable working with WHMCS Billing system
Located in Denver or relocate to work onsite in the office.
Technical Support is currently provided via phone, ticket system and live chat. The available positions are all full-time (40 hours per week) and part time for those attend college.
Business Development Executive Required
We are seeking 2 Business Development Executives for further expanding the company’s clientele. As a business development executive, you should have minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing. Your core responsibilities will be as follow:
New clients development planning and management.
Formulation of new strategies.
Distribution channel analysis and development.
Marketing, advertising and promotion planning.
Marketing planning and development.
Appropriate Administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication and liaison.
Execute the responsibilities of a company employee according to lawful and ethical standards.
Fluent written and oral communication skills in English. Knowledge of other languages is considered as an advantage.
Sales inquiries are currently provided via phone, ticket system and live chat. The available positions are all full-time (40 hours per week) and part time for those attend college.

I would like to stress that in our initial post, we made it clear that we are not looking for outsourced or remote techs for this position. It is for people who is interested in working for us, and be available to work in the office in Denver.
