Used edgedirector for 45days now. Must say it better than most others services, with easy to use handphone ready panels. Coupled with Spenser's knowledge and able handling, makes the experience memorable.

Thanks very much for the kind words. They are definitely appreciated.

I wouldn't have thought that the control panel was all that comfortable on a mobile device except for a quick change. What kind of device are you using?

we too have been trying edgedirector and so far it looks very promising. the control panel is pleasantly simple. what we particularly like is the simple pricing model unlike some of the well known alternatives *cough*u...adn.*cough*

Glad you like things so far.

The pricing model was very deliberate. We took the prepaid phone model and eliminated the one bad thing by making credits non-expiring.

There is no reason that potential buyers should have to wonder if someone else got a better secret price. That wouldn't make you cough, that would make you gag.

Really, you should have that cough looked at

one thing I noticed since posting that: the DNS control panel doesn't work as well in firefox 3.5.x as it does in IE. is this going to be fixed?

actually, I noticed that it doesn't even work in IE8 unless you turn on compatability view, sigh.

Coding of the control panel is centered on IE. Efforts are made to accomodate other browsers, but in the end, the driving force is IE.

The code is only as complicated as required to get the job done, and no more.

The requirements in the private subscriber area are quite simple: javascript and session cookies. No Ajax, no Activex.

For another view, see post #2 from windsofchange. He is using it on a mobile phone.
