    PSBill

From the merchants that have been in contact with us and mentioned PSBill they have been happy and satisfied.

This is mostly from merchants that runs pharamcy and decided to do side projects and they came to us for that.

Psbill and Failsafe are no longer in business. They were all great people when my ISO was partnered with them and most of our merchants were very happy. We are sad to see them go!

the Psbill site has been closed. It used to be a .biz. The Failsafe site is still active but as one of their former partners, I can tell you that we received a notice that they will not be accepting any new merchants, see below:

"I would like to inform you that, unfortunately, Failsafe Payments Europe Ltd finally decided to stop its business activities because of the crisis in Cyprus. No new merchants are accepted. Live and approved merchants are settled directly with the acquiring banks or other processors."

    Hope this helps!

Did they use one of the 2 major Cypriot banks as acquirer ?

The rest of the banks in Cyprus are pretty much back into business.

Could the fact that their principle was put behind bars in the States have to do with it?

Not sure if the policy on this forum allows to post external links. If not, please adjust/remove as appropriate.

Patrick Sallnert was sentenced to 48 months.
    Details can be found here:

Apparently a few more people got into trouble over this (not necessarily failsafe staff). Don't know about consequences for those though.

This conviction is of Jan/2012. Failsafe was still in operation until the Cyprus crisis began. What's the connection of Patrick Sallnert to Failsafe if there were any ?

Patrick Sallnert was COO of Failsafe. Try googling Failsafe and Patrick and there are some articles.
