2. There is nothing wrong with out technical support service quality or speed, in fact the opposite is true, our support is know to be very good, knowledgeable, and very quick, considering the low prices that we charge.

Don't believe everything you read. We did not receive their authorization/identification documentation initially, which was required because they did not pass initial fraud checking, and the order was on hold therefore, and rightfully so...

You can handle your backups/restore/reload thru the vePortal control panel yourself very easily. We will have automated weekly backups run on all nodes with the new vePortal v2.1 backups module starting in the next few days---we are working on configuring it currently.
