    $100 servers on 1 gbit/s line?

I remember some companies were offering servers on 1 gbit/s line and 10 TB of bandwidth for $100/month. Or did I dream this one up?

iweb was offering 10 TB/month servers for $99 (I don't remember if it was 100mbit/s or 1 gbit/s line though), they don't seem to offer this anymore.

I'm looking to lease 2-4 servers on 1 gbit/s line and my budget is pretty tight. Any suggestions?

OT, but what does the username NuPagady mean? What is great about it?

Nupagady sounds like the russian expression for "just wait". Example: "just wait,we will catch you some day!". But I am not too familiar with russian. I just remember that quite a lousy german band was called similar.

Now back to topic - I was considering using a CDN for static files (image and video uploads), but figured it would be much cheaper to put 2-4 servers on round robin.

Our website is pushing 5-10 TB/month of bandwidth now and it's growing quite fast. The reason I'm after a gigabit line is because sometimes (even though not very often), we peak at 300 mbit/s (maxing out the line, that's all we have).

    What about Ram/CPU/HDD/Control panel/ managed or unmanaged/OS?
    And any specific location ?

P.s: NuPagady your username on this forum is absolutely great has their cloud server line with 10tb bandwidth on 1Gbit. Starting at $98
    You get:
    2.80GHz CPU
    1.8GB RAM
    70GB Storage
    1 GigE (1000Mbit) port

For 98 bucks. Not bad considering I was paying almost double that at softlayers cloudlayer to compare with the 10tb cloud. - Looking for HOT deals on cloud hosting services? We post 5 of the hottest deals every day! -> Click Here <-

iWeb and ThePlanet both had sales where they were offering 10TB of bandwidth for $100 or less. They're not doing those sales at the moment (although iWeb has a sale on their $200 servers to get 10TB or 50mbit unmetered), but ThePlanet seems to do them frequently.
