It is really bad that I can't reach them via email or their tech support portal or phone.
Have contacted Simon via this forum but since he may be busy with family matter not sure who is incharge. and How to reach them?
Is there anybody who is Eirca client and can reach tech support please alert Eirca on my behalf abt corp1 server down.

Your welcome for the quick response. I have no knowledge about this company so as far as contact information I'm sorry I'm not more helpful. I know alot of web hosting companies have a Twitter which they update when having hardware or technical issues. Do you know if this company has a Twitter? Also, does the company normally have issues with downtime?

To be very honest I am with Eirca for so many years now (7 or 8 hmm case of 7 year itch???) and have found Simon very helpful and Eirca as top class provider and I know it is no joke running 100% perfect hosting company, I am very happy to say till mid of 2009 Eirca has been simply superb of the company. But from mid 2009 the communication problem has snowballed as one can see from the various posts on this forum about Eirca. Still I would say downtime has been minimum. But when the site is down and one can't contact Eirca, it is perfect time to panic.
In last few months I have moved many of my demanding clients to other hosting provider but still have many with Eirca. Since Eirca has provided many wonderful years of service, I want to give them a chance as Simon has again and again explained here on this forum to improve on it.
I hope someone at Eirca is working on the problem and resolve it soon.
