paypal send money down for 3 or so months

About 3 months ago, I noticed the "send money" tab thrown up errors just by clicking on it. I contacted paypal, and they said they are aware of the problem and are trying to fix it ... it's been three months now, and the are still trying to fix it.

Fortunately, you can still subscribe and unsubscribe to services, and that is it. Has anybody else notice the "send money" tab errors too?

Paypal still don't know whats going on with their system ....

What browser are you using? Have you tried a different one?

We use PayPal and have never noticed an issue with this.

Have new firefox installation installed, same issue. Tried on both accounts (since paypal requires business and personal accounts seperate (which is a good thing!)).

Wife have no issues, brother and other friends have no issue either. Starting to sound like Paypal is being a @%@#$#.

Now that's weird, looks like your profile is corrupted on the paypal side? very weird indeed.

Can you maybe make a screenshot and remove sensitive data and post it here?

Are the wife, brother and friends login using the same PC/Laptop you get the error on?

No issues like that here.

Could it be limited to your account or a group of accounts? It could still be a programming bug, but perhaps not one that everyone encounters.

Probably never be fixed. Our account has had an open dispute on it for 2 years now that will not close. It was resolved over the phone yet it will not close and thus we always have our account showing an open dispute. Haven't got anywhere with them fixing it.
