Exclamation Virus on my Windows DNS server

I've been trying to repair my Windows 2003 DNS server which has been damaged by a virus.

I need to repair it so that I will not lose my original domain set up which includes a SQL file server in the domain.

Can someone offer some pointers or general advice?

This is an urgent situation. We need this DNS back up for business Monday morning. If someone's available to help today by phone, I'd be happy to pay you a consulting fee.
