How is Echoservers
How is Echoservers (http://www.echoservers.com)?
Is it only Linux-based?
I cannot see from its website.
Does anybody know this company?
Thank you very much!

Seems the company has been around since late 2007, I would assume they run with Linux, However, They do support both LXAdmin and cPanel Panels, Needless to say I will not base it on that.

Have used them for around 1/2 year now.
Prices are good, there are cheaper offers here. Have used some of them in the past and had to move from 1 vps to the other after 1 to 3 month. Most of these cheap ones oversell, server down, or just go out of business.
I am happy with echoservers, support is good. When you write a mail of do have a problem they will help you. So far only postive so I can recommend them.

Update, I still had their old package 256 mb ram/384 burst, 20 gb hdd and their new package for the same price is 512 mb/30gb hdd and 1500gb data.
found the new package because I was looking here.
I asked for update and no questions asked, no problem, few hours later everything was updated to the new spec. Also notice that the cpu speed is higher. Used to have 1.6ghz core and now it's 2 x 1.6 ghz core (might be shared but still more cpu speed) Again this is a good serivce. I can really recommend them :-)

Hello All,
Bob, thanks for the kind words. I'm glad you're happy.
We can't stand when we buy a machine and then a week or two later there is a better deal on the same setup going for less / having more resources and not being allowed to have that same setup. So we applied that line of thought to our services where possible.
Kind Regards,
Jesse

Hello there,
I am curious about our support only being 'okay'. We strive for better than that. If you have any feed back for us please let me know here in this thread, in a PM or by email if you feel comfortable sharing. If we're not meeting your expectations I'd love to know why and see what can be done to fix that.
Kind Regards,
Jesse
