    Looking for Outsourced pre-sales chat

Hi am looking for a good company that can help me out with pre-sales chat for my new hosting company.

I own a design company and wish to branch out into hosting. I require a company that will start out very small (and cheap), as I don't expect a huge amount of chats at first, then can scale up as the business grows.

    Thanks for your Help

    Matt

Matt, what is your budget for this and do you require 24x7 coverage?

I am looking at 100-200 p/m if this is possible.

    Thanks!

[edit: I need at least 18 hours per day]

For a low volume, you are probably better off getting a pay per chat service rather than an unlimited service. It may wind up costing the same but the quality would be better.

Thank for for taking the time to reply. Would you be able to suggest a good one?

You can check in the server management offers category here and there are some that offer this server, or you can post in the requests category and then companies can reply directly to you with their offer.

Most of the outsourcing company's out there do offer some sort of pre-sales chat either for a flat fee or per chat fee. You can check with touchsupport.com, bobcares.com, assistanz.com, serversitters.com amongst a bunch of others.
