    Charge tax on international customers?

I am not legally required to charge 10% G.S.T. in Australia, as I do not have an annual turnover of more than $75,000.

What is the deal with charging tax on international clients? (Or do I have to?)

I'm not too sure about all the US/EU VAT stuff... (I am based in Aus) Any advice is appreciated!

"Goods and Services Tax (GST) is a broad-based tax of 10% on most goods, services and other items sold or consumed in Australia."

You'd only charge GST to Australians.
