PLEASE NOTE: With an unmetered 10Mbps pipe, you can expect to push 3-4TB/mo

Rush Order Setup Fee is excluded from the promo code as well. If you choose that option still, we will add it to your account but leave all eligible setup fees off.

How can you afford to offer Windows for $5 on a $29 server? Is this Web Edition?

We have obtained a very large quantity of Microsoft Enterprise Server 2008 directly from Microsoft and there for can offer Windows this cheaply.

Test IP / Download file please ?

Also, could you explain : Bandwidth: Unmetered 10Mbps Pipe or 6Mbps Dedicated

Surely the later offer is worse ? Less bandwidth than 10Mbps, or is the Unmetered not guaranteed ?

    Hello,

    Test IP: 208.92.64.1
    Test File: http://www.foxcorehosting.com/100MBtest.zip

Unmetered bandwidth means you can fully burst to 10Mbps and use as much of it as available but it is on a shared connection. 6Mbps dedicated is dedicated bandwidth to you and not oversold. However, if you go over 6Mbps by the 95th percentile rule, you will need to pay overage fees that are $45/Mbps unless purchased in advance.

So, if you go for the 6Mbps, your still connected at 10Mbps, but can be charged additionally if you "abuse" it.

Forgive my wording, im just trying to make it blindingly obvious to myself.

No, with 6Mbps, you are connected at 100Mbps but if you use more than 6Mbps using the 95th percentile method, you will be billed for each additional Mbps you go over. With 10Mbps, you don't need to worry about being billed for additional bandwidth.

    Questions:
Why does VPS 80GB/640MB/1,000GB offer more processing power (Processor Guaranteed: 1.75GHz, Processor Burst: 2.50GHz) IP's (4) and bandwidth (1tb) for $30 than your dedicated Intel Atom 1.6GHz Single-Core Processor w/500gb of bandwidth and 2 IP's server for the same price?

Since there's no AUP or TOS anywhere on the site, does that mean I can do whatever I want wherever I want and not face any consequences?

Could you offer more information on the datacenter please?

Did you know that https://www.foxcorehosting.com/ points to nothing?

If you like sharing space with others, it sounds like the VPS is a better solution for you. A dedicated server hosts you only and therefore costs more. Instead of renting an apartment with a bunch of other people all around you, you are renting a house. And no, VPSs cannot guarantee anything unless they are using very sophisticated software and not the free stuff (ie ESXi vs VMware server). VPSs are almost always over sold, dedicated servers physically cannot.

What information about our data center would you like?

The TOS is available on the order page.

The address points to our site, not sure what your seeing.

I have been looking on your website for the AUP/TOS but am unable to find it. Could you please give me a link to them?

How many years have you been in business and is IRC allowed?

Also, where are the servers located?

    Regards,
    Jamie

Actually it says: "To change this page, upload a new index.html to your private_html folder"
