Hi I am seriously considering Powersurge.
But for some reason something is holding me back.

Please share any knowledge of good or bad
Reputation around this company ASAP

Thanks

Fred,

You should do a little research before you make a statement such as "They actually operate out of a guy's garage!" Yes, I did read this in a forum one time myself but know better.

I have been Hosted by them for a year now and have been very happy with them.

The article you linked to is untrue, or at least no up to date or accurate.

E-mail response is usually within minutes (not talking about an autoresponder - though you get one of them right away), even on weekends.

As for price increases, yes, they did raise their fees some time back. However, they still honor my original account signup agreement which is $15.00 per month and includes 10gig of transfer (which I use all of). I must be special huh?

Also, do you actually think 2 guys could be running this business in a garage especially since they have been in business since 1996?
Get real...perhaps at startup, but surely not now.

Go to:
http://www.powersurge.net/corporateinfo/index.html for more information.

Just thought I should mention the above.

Regards,

Curt

I am happy with their service however, if you are doing e-commerce for your clients that involve sending out emails (200 to 1500 a day) to target group they will delete all your pages and cancel your account without notice.
