    Traceroute Test

    Hi. I just got my server at Servint would like everyone to ping/tracert and show me the results. So far speeds are average. Does anyone have any experience on what's the max you can burst up to?

    Try www.traceroute.org. You can check the results from various locations.

    so far I seems to be getting quite a variety..... it can goes as high as 100-200 to as low as 10 (from Godlike technologies). I guess I will find out more on the limits of this server soon when I stress test it over the next couple of days

    It seems like Qwest may be the problem then? Cos most of the higher pings route through Qwest. I almost never see it route through verio.
