Their IP is from Canadian company Dynaceron LTD, while they told me they are direct providers and they own servers in EU (germany). I took a custom VPS for a 80$ monthly (4gb guaranteed and 8gb burst), so we made a deal and they promised me to provide me 64bit CentOS in max. 7 days. But somehow i don't know they were unable to. I used 32bit all the time, but i didn't run any business as i intended to install everything when i get 64bit version. After 3 weeks (near the DUE date, when i had to pay another month) they promised they will have a "tool" to make transfer to a new VPS in few days. AGAIN nothing out of that.
After 6 weeks in total and after 20 tickets, they reply me, we will get you 64bit centos etc. and they provide me just details to a VPS, no migration or anything as they promised.
THIS IS worst service i ever used from any hosting company!
IN GENERAL SUPPORT is awfull and very unfriendly! Sometimes i waited several days for them to reply on my ticket!
Above all, they are still billing me while i clearly stated i don't want their services anymore and they expect from me that i pay for what im not using at all. Its shame that i spend 160$ on them, before i realized they are bunch of scums. All i got from them are worries and headaches.
So stay away from:

Would love to hear some explanation from them about this, because the templates for a 64-bit Os can easily be downloaded from some sites depending on the virtualization type. Or they didn't had a server in stock, but a setup time for a server of 3 weeks is a bit long.
I'm sorry about this, lucky you there are plenty VPS offers here with a faster setup time/better attitude.
I know how easy is to get new template for VPS panel (SolusVM in their case), they were just very ignorant to me, altough i have payed them 160$ for server i didn't even use properly as i was waiting and hoping on damn 64bit OS, which was so hard to provide
Im thinking about charging back my money trough paypal, as they are very very unfair and rude to me, I just won't support anyone an above all pay for that, while i work hard 12hours a day to make money!
Also isn't that wierd, that they were extremly nice, when the invoices were near due date?
Not that i don't like them, i just started to hate them as i remembered that NONE of my past providers weren't that bichy and i tested over 10 VPS companies in last 4 years.
Looks like i will need to return to PhotonVPS or VPSright, where i was treated like a human and not like a piece of **** at vpssquad.com!
6 weeks is to long. I don't know which payment gateway you used? If they deny to refund you can contact paypal about this, but there is only a small chance that Paypal is charging everything back to your account with this kind of services.
We have been waiting for this post, to start off it was never stated we are direct providers of any servers.
This person is not a customer of VPS Squad and never has been, VPS Squad and AMH Network are different services.
There was some delay with the VPS migration as the OS was 32Bit going to 64Bit and trying to convert the VPS from 32bit to 64bit was not possible after many tests. we ended up migrating all the sites to a new 64bit setup VPS and offered to install any scripts needed but nothing was ever given, now during the transfer this person was hosting plenty of warez and warez related sites but claimed they had not be his but a reseller.
We copied approx 60GB of data from the 32bit VPS to the new 64bit which took about 5 hours, it was asked when the sites would be migrated so that the DNS changes could be made to all the records and he ended up deciding he would do it all himself.
After a few days once he had the access details he decided he would stick to 32bit and get 64bit later on.
This guy has an invoice due on the 18th of the month and says that he has not been paid yet and will need until the 19th to pay as that is when funds are available and not to suspend the VPS. we give an extension in good faith and leave it an extra few days as no payment has come through.
still no contact and we ask about the payment and still no reply so we go to suspend the VPS and find the data is at zero all deleted. he agreed to the terms of service giving 14 days notice to cancel so the funds are still due correct?
This guy claims he is bankrupt and has no money and his company have no money and everything was sold for a few dollars
A 50% discount of the fees owed was offered which was not accepted so the owed funds will go for collection.
If this guy had told the truth from the start and just said has no money the bill could have been removed.
This is all that will be said relating to this matter, this guy is just upset because he does not get his way.
It was also stated a few times that if he was unhappy about the migration time he could always find another provider he did not have to stay

Well to be honest I can't decide who is speaking the truth (well I can but I will never be sure about this) so the feedback about the company would be zero (not negative, not positive).
Anyway, when the TS wants to sort it out contact the company and don't use WHT for this, it is never mentioned to make a fight:-)
