Hello,
I want to know the best offer for hosting my site:
I've 10 GB dowloadable files zip, mp3,...
I need to host at least 10 Domains and unlimited SubDomains.
PHP5 and at least 10 MySQL DBs.
I prefer Umlimited Bandwidth and Ulimited visitors hits.
I've a forum with +22k I prefer to e-mail them weekly so I want to know outgoing e-mails limit.
It will be good if there is a Shell access.

A vps or a small dedicated server. A shared account may be problematic with your requirements...

I agree a VPS or VM (ESX) would be ideal to start. Then work your way up to a small dedicated server.

may i know your budget?some host may have semi dedicated server you can try them also

You more than likely are going to have a very difficult time in finding a host offering the resources which you are desiring for $10/month.

10$ budget is bit hard all the best with your search

$10 a month is an awfully low price for your requirements. Check some of the hosting offers in the hosting offers forum.
