    I need to know if there company out there offer service to support company's ticket system?

    The only two that spring to mind are BobCares and Touch Support.

    There's BobCares & touch support that Dan has already mentioned but there are a few smaller operations which are much cheaper in the offers forum(Literally half the price). I have never used any of them, so I cant' comment on their quality. best of luck on finding a good end-user support company.

    Tech support outsourcing is very popular today.
    First it is you to decide which company to cooperate with.And I am sure you need to have a appointment with the manager who is in charge of to discuss something you care a lot.At the same time,you can get some info from the manager whether they are on the level.So that you can choose one who most suit you and that is ok.

    I have heard good things about BobCares!

    Try and do as much support as you can it creates a good image. Also you don't get these support people stealing your customers if you get a bad one.

    The former typically have zero end user customer interaction; and the latter often have enough customer interaction that IF they don't share your values, your method of operation, your method of tone of communication, .etc. can damage your business as much as help your business.

    You can certainly check out the system management offers section here as well. A good number of companies post their offerings and services, many of which include outsourced support along with server management.
