What are Virtual Agents?
Phone Support Worldwide consists solely of virtual agents. These virtual agents can work remotely from home or wherever they have set up there own Internet / phone line. Virtual agents are not employee's of Phone Support Worldwide, they are fully self employed and have the facility to contract their own employees through their Virtual Service Provider company. They also have the ability to choose which companies they wish to offer their services to and what hours they wish to work. Best of all they can work from anywhere in the world without the need to commute!

You can book as little as half hour time slots whenever you wish to work and this can be minutes before the shift starts if available.

Phone Support Worldwide – Also known as PSW, offers receptionist service to medium and small local and online companies. This opportunity is being offered to a limited number of candidates, and taking part in this opportunity will open doors for your Virtual Service Provider (Company) to further development in the future with PSW.
The general calls you will receive will simply be taking messages. You will be dealing with a vast amount of companies. However you will be provided with all the information you require, including a script, on each phone call. Each call you receive will also contain a brief description of the company. The majority of the calls will simply be recording a message into the system, and on some occasions transferring callers should there be a notice on your screen advising to transfer certain calls.
What are the requirements for this opportunity?
A broadband connection of 2mb or over download and 500kb upload.
A Computer VoIP headset with crystal clear microphone.
Excellent verbal communication skills (Good clarity & diction)

Average Talk: Time requirement: 50 seconds (0.83 minutes) including ACW work.
Service Hours: This opportunity will be by booking slots between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday GMT - this will eventually change to 24/7.
Commitment: This opportunity will require a minimum of 5 hours per week.
Commission/Payment: This information will be provided to companies on request via Customer Support. As some virtual agents work for VSP's at their own specified rates of commission, we can not make this information public.
We are launching our new opportunity in a few weeks time providing web hosting outsource services worldwide 24/7 so this is not exclusive to the UK. We want to train agents up initially in Receptionist Services to ensure people understand how to use our system and to certify perspective VSP Agents in our Customer Services certification course.
