    Recreating *.frm file for mysql

On a local XAMPP install on XP Pro with MySQL5.0.51a I lost/deleted a database (one table) that I had created only locally to hold a software list. File recovery software found the myd, myi and db.opt files
Trying to look at the db using Heidisql (the client I have been using) says the corresponding table missing. Am I right in believing the missing piece is the *.frm file? If so is there any way to recreate it?
