Exclamation My Server in IP House in London Down!

    Hi,

I have a server in IP house in London which has gone down, and there is no response when I try and contact them. The number I have is 02030690153 Does anyone have a contact number I can call or would know why this would be? It is a very urgent matter.

    TIA

Doesn't surprise me, that place was always down when we were in there.

Are you hosted (colo) direct with them or with a company with space there ?

I doubt the whole DC is down, but then again you never know..

Hi Bret, do you have any contact details, or contact details of a company who are able to contact IP house? I really need to get the server back online

We have some racks in there, no problems here. Must be a network issue with your provider.

You're going to have to contact your provider directly. If you don't have a contract directly with IPHouse themselves, they won't help you.

never had bad experiences with them. perhaps as suggested its your transit provider.

first port of call would be your transit provider in all honesty unless ur units are actually powered off.

Do IP House not have any direct contact details? Noone actually working in the building?

Even if you had their information, they're not going to work with you, you're not their customer. In fact, it would be extremely inappropriate if they did.

If you're going through another provider, you need to contact that provider. If you have contacted them already, then all you can do for now is wait until they respond.

Indeed, contact the company providing your space or renting you the server.

If you can't get hold of them post the name of the company here and you might get some response from them or someone with additional contact details.

Most of the problems were power related. We're still with the same transit provider in another location and they're solid.
