How can I limit the IP addresses accessible to port 2086,2087?

I want to allow only a certain range to be able to access server with ports 2086/2087.

    Is this possible?

You can easily do this if you have CSF installed or if you know IPtables

I have csf installed, do you have the steps?

For example, I want to allow only IPs starting with 66.* to access ports 2086 and 2087.

Also I need to allow 3 specific IPs, ex. 87.44.11.111
