Best VPS management systems
Hi WHT members,
I'd like to know your opinions about various VPS management systems.
What is the best VPS management system?
1. Virtuozzo
2. VDSmanager
3. HyperVM
4. SolusVM
Thanks in advance.

vePortal without a doubt. We are using it, and have fallen head over heals in love. Version 2 rocks! veportal.com if you need the URL...
Virtuozzo is good, but it is overpriced, and due to their proprietary backup system (backup files cannot be just unzipped and files gotten to manually, and must be restored on their system only, and will not restore if template versions/files do not match 100%, blah blah blah...) we are migrating off of it.

How about going open source?
And by the way, why on earth people are still saying HyperVM after all that we know about it? Crazy ...

I find it hilarious to list HyperVM, when its future is _______.
There isn't the best GUI out there. You need to try all out and see which fits your needs the best. FYI, you can't use Virtuozzo as a GUI by itself, as it is also a virtualisation software.

We've been testing solusvm and so far it seems very nice. While it could use a few more features they are adding to it regularly. We're anticipating Xen support as well since that's important for us.

+1 for SolumVM. One of the simpler panels and most robust. It's been actively developed and seems to have a good future.
Not as feature rich as some panels but for the time being it's more than enough.

I can make a conclusion that most of the WHT members who have replied to this topic use SolusVM.
