Ok, so this is not a typical review, as they offer SVN hosting, but they are still a host. (This may be better in specialized hosting, not sure.)
My company pays for SVN hosting through Springloops. We recently upgraded to paid service about 2 - 3 weeks ago.
Today I had made a deployment to my production and dev servers, but they seemed to get stuck. I emailed support, and within a minute, I got a response (maybe a auto-reply?), saying they knew about the issue and were working to resolve it.
Within about 20 minutes the issue was resolved, and I got a email back saying it was fixed, and they had a issue with there deployment engine for about 25 minutes.
Now I have been doing commits and deployments all day with no issues. I left work and got home, went to deploy a small change, and that happened.
Anyways, great customer service, and speedy recovery too.
They are not normal hosting, and they are not a payment gateway.
I kinda wrote this up in a hurry yesterday, so let me make sure I am clear on a few things.
1.) They are a svn hosting service with deployment options.
2.) They offer a free basic service, but you can upgrade to bigger plans
3.) The only host the source control. All commits are done to there servers, and then we deploy to a dedicated that is hosting with another company.
