Question How much do you pay for your auto insurance?

How much do y'all pay for your auto insurance?

I recently renewed mine. Yikes. I hate the high cost of full (w/ comprehensive cov.) insurance!

$141.57 per month, with the last month finishing off whatever is remaining.

I am curious to see what I will pay for 09/10, which I will find out in December.

$141.57 monthly in USD or CAD?

Edit: Woah, never mind, the currencies are almost exactly the same right now, aren't they?

$93/mo CDN on my Lincoln. I've had three driving suspensions and over 10 tickets in the past 6 years, but I happily enjoy a 40% discount since I don't hit people.

$248 a month at Geico, this covers 3 vehicles, one with C&C and the other two with liability. All of this with a $1000 deductible. This is also with the following discounts:

    1. Married
    2. Kids
    3. Over 25 years old.
    4. Multiple cars
    5. Clean driving record.

This went up from $148 from 5 years ago.

Somewhere around $150/month. I have no clue what the policy is and I pay no attention to it whatsoever. I have what's required by law, and liability insurance since the cars are both still being paid for. I get notifications when it's time to renew, and notifications when my insurance card is about to expire. Other than that, don't know, don't care, as long as it's legal.

    $46.00 a month

Just the basics plus insurance against uninsured drivers. It covers both me and the wife on a 1995 Chevy Blazer.

We both have very good records, and me having a Commercial Drivers License probably helps.

$60/mo for full coverage on a Honda Accord with triple my state's minimum requirements and multi-policy discount.

Mid 30's, male, married, 3+ years clean driving record and credit based scoring. I authorized my insurance agent to pull my credit score, my score was around 779 which saved me about $35/mo.

Of course I pay for my insurance premiums with a credit card which earns 2% cash rebate, then pay off the credit card immediately to avoid any finance charges.

I'm pretty sure auto insurance has state minimums everywhere. Yes here in Texas it is required though.

Oh, nice, Rossman. By the way, which credit card gives you 2% cash back?

I'm so used to the 1% credit/debit card cashbacks.

$57 and something cents a month CAD with State Farm, that`s my Subaru Legacy insured and tenancy insurance thrown in. I got a great deal from them considering I am classed as a new driver in Canada. I have almost twenty years driving in the UK.
