    skynethosting.net disappeared?

    Hi all,
    as much as i hate it, the host of one of our hosting packages, skynethosting.net, is not getting any tickets from the support system (skynethelp.com) and noone replied to me in chats, even though i DID find someone online right before. I am not getting tickets in my email when submitting them and i do not get any answer as well to my 5+ tickets in the past 5-6 days. They also have NO email address to contact them for support for "spam reasons" which i partly understand. I have no problem with this host other than this one, cause i need someone dependable to take care of problems as they arise. I can switch hosts in a heartbeat if i want to, i just want them to take care of this or at least be honest with me if they are going to close the company or whatever they are doing, or at least have a backup guy if something happens to the one and only guy handling all the support issues?

    Anyway i am pretty pissed off by this, i never had such a problem with any host (cheap or expensive) and i was already thinking about moving to another host, but given they do not even answer my questions, how am i going to unsubscribe then?

    If someone from the company is reading this, please respond, this is totally out of bounds, its almost a week with no support on a semi-dedicated package costin 30$/month!

    Be aware and do not subscribe till you really know whats happening behind the scenes, as you might be in for a surprise.

    I see their web site live so I assume they are here
    Maybe that would be useful to use another alternative ways like phone call?

    Did you try to login to their support system and see if your created tickets are really there ? maybe the emails are not reaching you ? Also try to see if they have a phone-number and try to ring them.

    I know their website is live, even online support chat comes up every now and then, but they didnt reply until just now, replying that the problem was fixed and that by logging in i could see the tickets. The fact of the matter is though that the way support worked for me for 2+ years straight didnt work for 1 week, how am i supposed to know that? at least, have a warning on the support site stating this.. anyway, i managed to find someone in chat to talk to and it seems the ticket was taken care of, but still, no emails or anything, even when i stated that i have a problem receiving tickets 2 or 3 times.

    Phone calls are only viable when you live in the USA or calling from your own lines. Right now i am at work and i do not live in the USA, and also, there is a huge time difference which makes it harder in case the line is not 24/7. Thanks for your answers anyway

    What is the phone call is the only way to get in touch.... ???

    So what actually happened is you did not receive any email notifications even if they have responded to your tickets? Have you contacted them to state on this issue specifically?

    Having to have no one to talk when you're wanting some issues to be resolved could really be annoying. I'm glad you got a reply from them at last. But is everything well already?

    Their site is on.And I do see their livechat system is online too.Wondering getting touch with them through livechat or phonecall would be nice to solve your problem.

    We have resolved his issue in a timely manner but client did not receive the email notifications to his inbox so he assumed that the tickets were not resolved. This was explained to him over live chat and he have managed the tickets by logging in to the help desk.

    I understand your frustration, specially if something works straight few years and suddenly stopped working. I believe I have personally talked to you over Live Chat pointed you to the correct direction.
