Hmmm. Mrsbutlersbakery.Com does resolve but not www. I have added a cname record.

When pinging www.mrsbutlersbakery.Com it does resolve to the correct ip. Weird.

If on windows, type in "ipconfig /flushdns" into the command prompt. On Mac OS X type in "dscacheutil -flushcache" into terminal. I'm not sure what it is for Linux itself.

    Then clear your browsers cache.

Should work then if it's only A or CNAME record changes.

The IP resolves, but your web server is only set to recognize "mrsbutlersbakery.com" but not "www.mrsbutlersbakery.com".

I know you're using IIS, so I can't comment on how to change it. If it were Apache, the config would look like this:

    ServerName mrsbutlersbakery.com
    ServerAlias www.mrsbutlersbakery.com
    Scott Burns, President
    BQ Internet Corporation
Remote Rsync and FTP backup solutions
    *** http://www.bqbackup.com/ ***
