So, per your post, if I'll interconnect with you in 56 Marietta, Atlanta, the price would be $1.50 per Mb/s for the 100 Mb/s and higher connection. Is that correct?

We do offer a 3 year term, Gigabit Ethernet connection for $1,500/month if you are an IPv6 Sage with he.net (http://ipv6.he.net) or if you run IPv6 with us over the connection.

Ohh, OK, thank you. I don't think that will work out for us. But thank you anyway. So the rest prices also for IPv6 only?

When you run IPv6 you also run IPv4. Running IPv6 over your connection is just an extra BGP session, and does not prevent you from running IPv4 at all. In order to get the special pricing of $1,500 for a Gig-E, we require that you run IPv6 in addition to IPv4. With this connection, you are still receiving a full Gig of IPv4 as well as the ability to run IPv6. I hope that makes it a bit clearer?

That's good to know. We don't run IPv6 on our network, but I can put it on one of our ASNs. I have 300 - 500 Mb/s that I'd like to put on that ASN (with a link to your network), will I be able to pay 90 percentile of the traffic on 1 Gb/s port for $1.5 Mb/s (guaranteed more than 100 Mb/s usage) with 1 year commit or no commit (if service is good why would you worry about the contract length, without contract and zero commit I am paying to my vendors $3,000 - $5,000 range (each) just because their service is good)

I have a client looking in CA, do you possibly have an IP address I can share with them for a traceroute?

The best option to test our network is to traceroute out from http://lg.he.net. From there you can test from each of our network sites.
