Everything is fine, I pay for Jul 19th to Aug 19th, then i pay for Aug 19th to Sep 19th, then i pay for Sep 19th to oct 19th.
Now from about Sep 22nd or even before i do not remember.
i had put in a ticket because when my subscription paid in paypal to this company, it did not update the information in the system so it showed that i still owed money...
Well, come to find out in this ticket they tell me that the original owner sold the business to them, and that they changed paypal email addresses.
and they told me that my payment went to the wrong person for AUG and SEP payments...
So i said, Ok here is the proof of my payment to the wrong email. What should i do.
They told me, request a refund in paypal and we will wait till you are refunded the money so you can pay us.
So i did this for both, the refund has not come through but will in a couple days now.
But today, the support team messages me on the same ticket saying, you have 24hrs to pay or we will null route your IP.
So i am mad.... i write back to them, explaining what happened again and to read the whole ticket...
So they come back to me saying, yes we see you paid the AUG ticket but not the SEP ticket.
So i explain to them to re read it again and explain that both payments went to the wrong person because they failed to inform there customers about the change.
ok, Well i had to put a ticket in to restart my server.
and Now 5 hours after the ticket to restart has been put in, i posted in the ticket asking why is it not back up yet, and they tell me they null routed my IP after the restart...
Now i am furious about this, i have sent countless back and forth messages to them explaining how there own damn payment system was working. and that they said they will wait.
So an end to this is,
They null routed my IP, because they did not inform the customer of a change in payment procedures. and have now disabled the customers server due to there failure.
What do you think i should do about this? i have explained again and again to these people getting the same response.
BTW the hosting is from northstorm.net / newimpacthosting.com
Very sorry to hear about this, sounds like customer support at its worst.
If the refunds haven't come back yet, log into paypal and go to the resolution center, then choose for paypal to intervene, they will most likely get your money back very fast. As soon as this happens pay the provider for the next month (if you want to stay with them that is).
Then I would suggest changing providers, they don't seem very smart or helpful.
yeah, i was thinking the same thing on just getting my money back and moving.
but i some how have to get them to let me on so i may get my data from those server since i did not do my backups like i am supposed to do :/
