Ventrilo Hosting
Hey WHT!
I am currently seeking a new provider for Ventrilo. I am jumping away from MaxFrag because of unsatisfactory service. Can anyone recommend a good provider? This is for a large community and majority of the slots will be consumed. Price does not matter at the moment as I am only looking for suggestions.
Must have the following:
50 Slots
Located in Chicago
All high quality Ventrilo codecs

Everyone experienced the oh so great 12 hour downtime at Atlanta, it seems they are having a lot of problems recently. I just hope they can get them fixed and have things go back to normal.

Thanks Alex!
@MaxFrag - I canceled my services with MaxFrag not too long ago. Not only are you guys flooding my thread with immature arguments but you guys are completely unorganized. The last straw was when you guys decided to switch IPs on me without advanced notice. I worked hard to get my ventrilo on top rankings at gametracker just to see it get shot down because of an IP switch. I was within the 96th percentile and quickly gaining! Plus, my email was flooded with "Ventrilo is down!" because no one was aware of this switch. More over, there are tons of other reasons to state such as the switch with billing control panels without informing anyone. Or when I initially signed up for your services I was in the Atlanta DC for months without my knowledge when I requested to be within Chicago (possibly due to a 48hr downtime you guys had). The list goes on and I suggest people to stay away from MaxFrag. If anyone was keeping track of this thread, it just proves how unprofessional these guys are (by spamming my thread with a pointless argument.)
With that said, I have found another provider and thus far satisfied. I would like to thank everyone for their suggestions.

I am sorry we were not able to satisfy you.
I also apologize for changing the IP on you. We did however send an email to our Chicago clients about the ip change. I'm afraid you are confused about our Atlanta downtime. It was not even close to 48 hours.
We also did not spam this thread. We simply responded to another provider.
