    Need feedback about Servint Support

    Hi,

    i need reviews about servint tecnical support.
    I'm not english motherlanguage so i usually comunicate by email. Is, for servint, the email comunication fast? Does it works ?

    Servint has a customer portal. If you use that their support is fast.
    If not it may have delays.. Sales emails are only responded on business days.

    I have setup a vps for the last week with them and just an fyi my support tickets submitted through portal are like this:

    ticket 1:5min
    ticket 2:6min
    ticket 3:13min
    ticket 4:1min

    those are my response times for the only tickets I have opened with them.

    Hi,

    I have two VPSs with ServInt. Let alone the fact that the servers themselves have never, EVER had any problems, their support is one of the best around. They are fast and they'll give you no b*****t. I'm very happy with them.

    Just a minor correction. ServInt now has sales staff available on the weekends and Mon-Wed evenings til 10pm EST.

    If you search these forums you should find some reviews about ServInt. My time with them was excellent and I highly recommend them.

    I find communicating through email is a bit slower with most hosts. Its better if you just try to communicate with them through customer portal on support section.
